RETURNS POLICY

Orders within Australia are eligible for free returns shipping.

If you’d like to arrange a return, please email support@solere.com.au with your order name and number.

Solere offers a 14-day return policy from the date your item is delivered.*

If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Once a pre-order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, once delivered, it will be eligible under our standard returns policy.

To be eligible for a return or refund, please ensure:

  • A return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is returned within 14 days of your request being approved.
  • Footwear is unworn, clean, and in original condition.
  • Items are returned in their original packaging, including the shoe box and dust bags.
  • Proof of purchase (order number and name) is included with your return.

For international orders outside of Australia, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

All returns are inspected upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the conditions listed above — in which case, the item will be sent back to the customer.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as Solere is not responsible for any items lost in transit.

EXCHANGES

We are not offering exchanges at this time. If the size isn't right, please email us to initiate a refund process. 

Return shipping is to be covered and paid for by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

OUTLET & FINAL SALE ITEMS

Outlet and final sale items are final sale, and we cannot offer refunds. Returned items within the allowable windows are only eligible for store credit. This will have no expiry and can be used at any time. The return process can be initiated by following the returns process above
