We ship to the Australia, New Zealand, and other worldwide destinations. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the courier service and during busier periods. We aim to dispatch all our orders within 1-2 business days.
Shipping in Australia:
- Orders $200+: FREE Standard Shipping.
- Orders under $200: $15.25 Flat Rate (Australia Post).
- Express Shipping: Available at checkout.
Standard Shipping can take 3-7 business days. Express Shipping is usually 1-3 business day delivery in most metropolitan areas. However this can take 4-5 business days in regional areas. Delivery dates are an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed.
International Shipping:
We currently ship worldwide from Australia.
To confirm the exact shipping cost for your destination, simply proceed to checkout and enter your country, city, and postcode — your shipping total will be automatically calculated.
Please note the following delivery days do not include dispatch times. Furthermore, delivery dates are an estimate only and cannot be guaranteed.
New Zealand: Standard shipping can take anywhere from 4-10 business days to be delivered
UK and Europe: Standard shipping can take 6-12 business days
USA & Canada: Standard shipping can take 6-11 business days
Asia Pacific: Standard shipping can take 8-12 business days
Rest of the world: Shipping can take 8-20 business days

Please be aware that any local import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the customer's responsibility and must be settled before your parcel is released. Typically, the courier will contact you directly to arrange this payment. We recommend reviewing your country’s import regulations before ordering to avoid unexpected costs.
Should you refuse to pay these fees and the order is returned to Solere or abandoned by customs, all return shipping costs and related fees will be deducted from your refund. Please note that original international shipping charges are non-refundable.
